Called a Full English Breakfast. Each country under the UK flag has a very similar one...haggis rather than black pudding is the Full Scottish Breakfast, for example. Here in Ireland, we have the Full Irish Breakfast...bacon rashers, breakfast sausages, eggs, black and white puddings, half tomato, handful of mushrooms and sometimes either hashbrowns or fried bread, all cooked in the same pan with the carbs cooked last in the grease. Also add in a small dish of baked beans. And occasionally some country fries (fried cubed potatoes).
Aka the All Day Breakfast...literally, if you're even hungry for dinner after this breakfast, I'd be surprised.
