I recently read this article by Mark Ian Norsbook c. June 2024 (I’m late to Mark’s page):
In the article, Mark relates an experience he had with Amazon and their suspending his account. In the initial email he received from Amazon, it begins:
We have temporarily suspended your KPD account because you have, once again, submitted title(s) with book details that do not comply with our guidelines and may cause a misleading customer experience…
The email goes onto suggest he contact Amazon customer support to sort out his ‘violations,’ which they actually never outlined. He then received this notice:
